I’ve spent 20 years in boardrooms, leading People, Operations, and Communications.
I know what it takes to succeed at the highest level—and what it costs. Burning out after COVID forced me to rethink everything.
Now, I help ambitious leaders and founders do the same: step off the hamster wheel, find their purpose, and create a life that feels as good as it looks.
