Who’s in your squad?

It’s a critical question.

One designed intentionally to ask you to considerer who you invest time and energy with.

And who you don’t.

Its business critical.

Its life critical.

Critical in helping me find my right fit business wing woman to help me build my brand and business.

Critical in finding my right fit people who support, cheerlead, constructively challenge and help me back up on my feet when I fall down.

Critical in helping me find spaces and opportunities to do the same for them in return and is absolute rocket fuel for me to want to be of service and support to them at all times.

Critical in helping me use personal values to be the lens that guides me to only do good work with good people.

That lens also allows me to be brave to say “thank you but no” to some things which simple are not right fit for me.

And intentionally walk away.

The more I get clear on what fuels me, ignites me and inspires me by surrounding myself with people and situations that do just that, the more successful I become.

The more I get clear on what fuels me, ignites me and inspires me by surrounding myself with people and situations that do just that, the more successful I become.

The more I tune out the noise of the “shoulds” and “musts” of other people, the more clearly I can hear my own intuition and guidance showing me the right path.

And everytime I stop listening to my own inner guidance, I fall off that path momentarily.

Because I am a member of my own squad. And what I tell myself, how kind I am to myself and how I speak to myself is more important than anything else I have learnt so far.

You are the sum total of the 5 people you spend most time with, including yourself.

Choose wisely.

Because that's your squad.
