Tamsyn Allington, Founder
Tamsyn Allington is the MD of Tamsyn & Co, a creative people services consultancy in the hospitality sector. Following a successful corporate career as a board level leader within Pubs, Restaurants, Brewing and Retail, she now leads a boutique consultancy that supports CEOs, senior teams and founders to develop thriving workplaces, loyalty, advocacy and engagement in their people and develop super star teams empowered to deliver the commercial and customer goals of organisations.
An innovative and creative thinker focused on developing talent through inclusive and empowering strategies, she is passionate about creating the right conditions to help harness and release the potential of everyone. Tamsyn grew up in Cornwall, and has worked extensively around the UK and within Europe during her career. She returned to the West Country 4 years ago and now lives in Devon with her husband Lewis.

Lottie Brawn, Event Director
Lottie Brawn is the EA at Tamsyn & Co. She runs Lottie Brawn Studio, helping female entrepreneurs with all the digital and creative parts of their business.
Before starting her own business, Lottie worked on board some of the world’s biggest superyachts, travelling round the world and acting as a celebrity P.A to many high profile clients. Lottie grew up in Cornwall and after travelling the world for 5 years and is now living in the Cotswolds with her husband.
The pandemic skyrocketed her business as she found lots of individuals starting their own companies and struggling with the creative and technical side. Lottie is a whizz at all things social media, digital marketing and event organisation.
