Where will you grow this year?

I’ve just finished my first Mastermind class of the year working with a bunch of super talented people who want to create a change for themselves.

Trailblazers and courage creators.

People who seek  more passion, purpose and joy in their work. 

People who refuse to settle for “meh” and instead are seeking more magic.

One of the questions I asked them was this.

Are you counting yourself in or counting yourself out for what you want to claim in this year ahead?

Are you waiting for someone to change your work and career for you or are you prepared to step forward and name what you're wanting to achieve?

Are you backing yourself fully or playing on the edges?

Are you doing whatever it takes or thinking about giving it a go?

Mindset matters.

How you speak to yourself matters.

How you identify with yourself matters

Be kind, but be clear.

Count yourself in.
