I know who's on mine. And when people show you who they really are, believe them.
This week, our family closes out an important chapter, and much like my own entrepreneurial journey, I'm grateful for what that has given us, shown us and taught us along the way.
No matter your experience, qualifications, benefits package or big job title, it will always come back to being a good human.
Look for the green flags, know it's ok to be marmite, remember you won't be for everyone, but not everyone is meant for you either. Advocate for yourself and advocate for others.
Always be kind. Especially to yourself.
The right people stay, the less right people may slip away.
And that's ok. Let them leave with love ❤️
